How we found the LOOTERS: Representative Garnet Coleman offered an amendment (a version of his 2 Year Moratorium
Bill HB 3363) that would slow down and study Freeway Tolls and Trans Texas Corridor. This amendment #146 of CSSB 1
called for ACCOUNTABILITY of the Tolling of Texas. The looters above tabled and killed the amendment for Accountability.
(See Amendment #146: http://www.capitol.state.tx.us/hjrnl/79r/html/79rday44final.htm) All of the LOOTERS above voted
against the thousands of Texans who asked for accountability of the rush to toll Texas. They don't represent us, they
represent the special interests that will profit off of what is already ours.
*These House members also voted for toll proliferation House Bill 2650. This vote took place April 18, 2005: HB 2650, Recorded vote 307. (See CSHB 2650: http://www.capitol.state.tx.us/hjrnl/79r/html/79rday50final.htm) | |
